Inkaland Explorers is firmly committed to the prevention and eradication of the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in the context of travel and tourism in Peru.

Our Commitment

In compliance with Peruvian legislation (Law N° 29408, General Tourism Law, and Law N° 30802), we adopt strict measures to ensure our operations, collaborators, and clients do not participate in, promote, or tolerate activities related to the sexual exploitation of minors.

  • We train our staff and guides to identify and report any suspicious activity to the local authorities.
  • We require all our clients to respect local laws regarding the protection of minors.
  • We collaborate with local authorities and communities to create safe environments for children and adolescents in tourist destinations.

Reporting

If you witness or suspect any case of sexual exploitation of minors during your trip, we urge you to report it immediately to our guides or contact the local authorities directly through the Peruvian National Police or the toll-free hotline 1818.
